Shipping & delivery

For The Netherlands and EU: items in stock will be sent within 1-3 business days. For other countries : items will be sent within 2-5 business days due to customs preparation.

• €25,00 Europe B (UK, Italy, Spain, Switserland, Sweden, Finland + others)
• €45,00 Norway
• €75,00 United States, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia + others (DHL express)

Shipping

• Shipments are made by Postnl or DPD (Europe) and DHL (international). You can check your parcel through Postnl.nl or International track&trace/postnl.
• Delivery times are given by the shipping company. No compensation will be be offered if these delivery times are exceeded. You can always contact us after the given times to check on your parcel.
• On receiving an international parcel the receiver pays V.A.T. in their own country if requested by customs.
• Minc Collection strives to have all items in the webshop in stock or noted “out of stock”. If an item ordered is out of stock by mistake, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and a suitable solution will be offered. You may cancel the item ordered, however there will be no refund. Instead you may choose one of the following options and confirm via email:
• Replacement by another item in stock for the same amount (your order is sent on time)
• Wait until available considering the production time (your order is sent with a short delay)
• Receive a coupon code for the given amount for your next order (your partial order is sent on time)

Returns & exchanges

Return

• You may return your normal priced item within 14 days after receiving your parcel. Send an email to info@minccollection.nl mentioning which items you wish to return and attatch your purhase order for all necessary information.
• After a confirmation from us you can send the item, in the original state, well packaged, back to:

• The cost for packing and shipping the item back to us is for the consumer. Please send your parcel with a Track & Trace code or drop it off at the MINC studio.
• The return amount is the price of the item purchased. The initial shipping cost is only refundable if the full order is returned. The amount will be transferred as soon as Minc Collection has received the item and has judged the item to be in good condition. Please note that custom made items cannot be returned. Please send dan email if it needs alterations.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color please send an email within 14 days. We can let you know if there is another size or color in stock, not all items are placed online. You may also visit the studio, on appointment, for a viewing or fitting of the products.
• Sending your item back is on costs of the consumer. Instead of a money refund you will recieve the item in a new size or color, free of shipping within The Netherlands.
