This ring sizer band give you a US size.
When measuring for a narrow ring this will give you the right size. When you want a wide ring, like Orbit or Path I’ll measure the heart (center of the width) of the ring. To make a wide ring fit comfortably I’d choose a slightly larger size.
When you have a ring that fits you nicely and you want to know which size it is you can find apps for your mobile phone. Place the ring on your screen and the app will measure it.

Ring sizes
Measure the inner diameter of a ring in mm (= MINC size), or the circumference of your finger in mm. Use a strip of paper & tape for a tight fit to the broadest part of the finger. Cut open and measure on a ruler.
